PC: Modeling data Utica-Norwood line

Hello:
          Not sure how this will work and how many will see it but here
goes,looking for modeling data on the NYC/PC line from Utica to Montreal
via Watertown NY  and Norwood NY,it was built as the
RomeWatertown&Ogdensburg RR in the 1880's but the NYC got along with the
OLC(Rutland)just before the 1914-1918 war......
Need modeling data on the line or any data thats out there like a
customer lading list or siding list and any ZRP maps.....A employee TT
for the line would answer 100% of my needs and questions.......
