I finally saw one of these in a shop. It looks like the "PC" green they
used is similar to that used by toy train manufacturers to paint
PC/P&LE/NYC freight cars. The overall detail on it doesn't merit the price.
I hope that future efforts in the Proto 1K line are better than this.
