I'd model the later era since this adds more variety. Stretch it to 1976 and
you''ve got PRR, NYC, PC, Amtrak, Conrail, and bicentennial schemes you can
model, not counting interchange lines and the possibility of foreign power on
the line. The operational possibilities are greater, as well. The only con
that comes to mind is the 69-70 era is "true PC" while the later era is
operating under trust and transition.
