As already mentioned go with the PCRRHS PC Green as long as you do not mind using this non-water based color.
For years ModelFlex produced an excellent rendition of PC Green that I used exclusively for my PC green models but about two years ago they changed the mix and resulted in an almost mint green color. Not sure if this was a bad batch or just bad quality control. I have not checked any lately.
However I did try the PCRRHS green paint and I am very pleased with it. I have had excellent results with it. While I prefer to use water base paint I have found that this Scalecote paint very easy to work with. I mix it with the Scalecote thinner but wash my airbrush out with regular automotive lacquer thinner.
BTW for my finished cars I can not tell the difference between the PCRRHS PC Green and the "old" ModelFlex PC green.
