PC: Flat Car book from PRRT&HS...

Guys....

       Just wanted you guys to know that the PRRT&HS is releasing a flat
car book soon. I don't know what the exact date is but it should be out
by spring. This should be helpful to the Penn Central fan. A lot of the
heavy duty flat cars made it to the PC era.
