LV was 98% owned bt PRR/PC and some of their engines like RS-11's were goven
to LV with PC Numbers. May have stayed as LV and funded by PC or renamed PC.
With PC RS-11's to LV gives an umpression all LV umits eventually would have
been renumbered to four digit PC series
