Does American Premier Underwriters also retain the right to the use of train
names, including those of Penn Central predecessors? Did Amtrak have to
seek such permission when it took over PC's passenger trains?

On a side note - the PCRRHS had to get permission to use logo name etc from
American Premiere Underwriters in order to incorperate. Use of, not rights
I am greatfull for their granting "use of.."
