Re: PC: NYC GP-40 Handrails

What color's yellow after it's old and faded and dirty?   You might think
it was once white.   Here's a suggestion - if the handrails are black now,
go ahead and paint them white - yellow paint doesnt always like to look the
way it should, painted over dark colors, so if white's wrong you can always
go back and fix it -
