Given your recent track record, if you build one, what are the odds that some
munufacturer will then mass produce one in PC?????

The U23 uses the same carbody that the U30's have.  One source says that the
U23 has six tall doors on the side of the hood, the U30 has 8.  Another source
says there are no external differences. 

The B units are 60' 2" over pulling faces, 36' 2" between truck centers

The C units are 67' 3" over pulling faces, 40' 11" between truck centers
