According to the PC BiAnnual, PC 7822 was/is a GP-38, builder number
35451, built in Nov. 1969.  The "Dash 2" series did not start until
7940.

The five GP-38s leased to PRSL were numbered 2010-2014. They had yellow
cab numbers and no dynamic brakes, as compared to stock PC units that
had white numbers and dynamic brakes.
