PC: Re: New PC decal sets

If those are the ones I think they are, I'm not sure how accurate they are.
are they also doing an experimental NYC scheme, RDG work train equipment,
and a NH instruction car?  if so I've seen the cars - I'll reserve comment
untill I know for sure though.
