Not all of the ACF New York Central baggage-coach combines were scrapped.
I was conductor on Walking Horse and Eastern 290 (ex-NYC 290, ex-PC 4910)
Saturday. I think 1968 was when Penn Central removed these cars from the
roster. This car is show in the January issue of Train in the Railroad
News section, and at
