I have a book as you describle, green with PC GE unit 6556 on the
cover leading another 6500 class engine with a freight following. The
title is Penn Central System Bi-Annual, by Robert H. Reid, published
by PC Railroader. The book has one color photo next to the title page
and the rest of the book is black and white, mostly roster shots. It
has fully detailed roster information for each class of motive
power. The interduction page states it took 7 months of work to
produce this first PC Bi-Annual. Does this sound like the book you
are refuring too?
