Kelly,
    I just turned 39, and have just started to build my "Penn Central
Empire".  I moved from an apartment to my own condo with full basement just
a couple years ago.   Basically I live in the basement, with the living
quarters of secondary importance.   I feel like a kid again!  You're as old
as you feel!   You're 35, I'm 39, others in the group are much younger,
surely many are older.  In any case Penn Central will live as long as any
of us will and longer in the history books.
